We provide a team of CPAs and administrators whose sole job is to anticipate and meet your financial needs. These professionals don't replace your existing financial and legal advisors. Rather, they fill all the gaps - doing the things that most people would do themselves if they only had more time, greater tax knowledge and the requisite accounting expertise. Although they delegate many tasks to us, our clients report a sense of control over their finances that did not exist before.
Paying bills is only the beginning of our service. We also administer entities formed for business, charitable and estate planning reasons. We handle tax planning, investment tracking, comprehensive financial reporting, household payroll, health insurance forms, and much more. Equally as important is what we don't do. We don't manage investments or prepare estate plans. And we don't sell anything.
You have already established beneficial relationships with key financial and legal advisors. These may include investment advisors, estate & trust attorneys, financial planners and others. Our role is to make these key advisors more effective. We do this by supplying the information they need, when they need it, and by working to promptly implement their recommendations. Our client's advisors consider us a valuable resource, not a competitive threat.
Because we charge fixed annual fees for all our services, we have no incentive to do anything except meet your needs and earn your loyalty. We won't bore you with platitudes about how honest and objective we are - instead we encourage you to discuss this with our long-term clients.
